I'm currently working on a scale project and need some help I have a Nokia screen and am able to produce an output on that of weight and percentage what I need to do is work out how to use the percentage so that when the % goes below a certain level the led will operate

I have 3 LEDs Red below 10% Amber below 50% Green above 50%

How can I do this?
