Send data from Mbed to a VB6 code on a PC via RJ45 socket

Hi everybody, I worked on a project for my company with the Mbed. I had to receive datas from ultrasonoic sensors and incremental encoder. The datas was sent by the USB-SERIAL port to a VB6 code on my computer. That was a success ! By now, I'm trying to do the same thing but by the way of Ethernet via a RJ45 connector. I have succeed to put the Mbed on the network but I really don't know how can I do to communicate with my PC... I saw a lot of programm sample in the forum but I'm really lost... Hope you can help me

I need to use rj45 Ethernet socket (Pulse Jack, J00-0045NL) for my project but I am not using mbed application board I need to connect Pulse Jack, J00-0045NL to LPC1768 can u help me with the physical connection please.
