Problems writting to mbed

Hi guys,

I have been trying to save the bin file to the mbed, but it just hangs the system. The file can be saved to the computer but on the mbed. If I disconnect the mbed and reconnect it, it sometimes does work. Why is this happening? How can this issue be resolved?

I have the same problem with my 1. Win64 PC. Don't know what's wrong because on another Win64 PC it works fine.

Maybe mbeds 2MB memory is (almost) full, try deleting some old .bin files. Another cause may be that the mbed is drawing too much current from the PC USB port and crashes during the save operation. Note that the 'interface chip' is also very active during that save operation. Are there LEDs or other loads drawing current. Use an external powersupply connected to Vin.
