LPC 1768 Bare Bones

Hi,

I've designed several projects using the LPC1768. I've breadboard prototyped them and now I'm ready to make PCB prototypes.

I've downloaded the HDK and found LPC1768.pdf. As a basic building-block, can I just implement page2 and the USB Device side of page3? I don't need page4 because I'm not using Ethernet. Am I right in thinking I don't need the page1 circuit? Is there a way to program the LPC1768 through the USB Device CON2?
