How do you use SPI Interface to measure current though this circuit.

I assume you want to measure current through. a sense resistor not the power dissipated by the devices.

what current range do you need? can it be hi side sensing or do you need low side sensing ( bit trickier)

I know there are some linear tech parts but the range is limited to 1 to 100 ma, not 1 ma to 5 Amps
