How to capture images from ov7670 (no FIFO) module using a Teensy 3.1?

Hello, I'm trying to use my Teensy 3.1 to capture images from a no FIFO ov7670 module. I looked into the OV7670s library that I found on mbed (https://os.mbed.com/users/josephjins11/code/ov7670s/), however there aren't any docs or tutorials around that shows me how exactly can I use the library to drive the camera module. Does anybody know how can I do this? If you can provide a wiring diagram then that's even better.
