Help with Motor Setup - LPC1768

I'm really new to all this and have been struggling to find out how to go about controlling a motor from my computer using an LPC1768 board. I need to know what hardware components I need to get as I have no idea. I apologise if there's a similar thread on the forum. Hope someone can help.
