programming SX1276MB1LAS

I have compiled a sample program using the online IDE provided at https://developer.mbed.org/compiler. The mbed document says the binary can to be programmed using the USB interface, by drag-and-drop. But i don't find any USB port. Also, the connectors J1, J2, J3 or J4 does not seem to expose any USB pins. Can someone tell how to program this board, SX1276 mbed shield SX1276MB1LAS.

My desktop is running ubuntu.
