[betatesting] wiki url case sensitivity

Hi

I created my wiki page with a capitalised word, then later accessed it and edited it with the same word but lowercase. When I went to save, I got the message Another page already exists at this URL. This seems to be inconsistent that it retrieves the page case insensitive but then applies case sensitivity when trying to save.

Also, the guidelines say don't use CamelCase for URL naming in the wiki, but what if you are describing a class named in a CamelCase fashion, and want to use the class name for the wiki URL?

It might be better to make the whole thing case insensitive eg. force all URLs to be lower case when created or saving, but allow mixed case when serving up?
