Hi:

Possible to include class "no_print" in

  1. <a href="../docs/">« Back to documentation index</a>
  2. whole div of "Copy and paste this code to insert a preview of this page into any wiki page or edit box"#
  3. whole div of "Import this library into a program"
  4. div of id="tabmenu"
  5. div of class="colright"

When id="rightnav" is removed from printing, adjust the width of main contains to fit to the whole screen.
