mbed USB Serial Driver sends last transmitted message to teraterm when we try to read

Hi ,
I am working on NXP LS1021A board and have installed USB to Serial driver from here https://developer.mbed.org/handbook/Windows-serial-configuration
When I try to read a file from Serial (using teraterm option File -> Send File) then I receive the all the contents of file. Additionally , the last transmitted data/message on serial (present in mbed USB Serial Driver Buffer) is transmitted automatically on teraterm and is visible on teraterm.
