it's work when i use mbed-cl and GCC_ARM , so i think the error is in the setting of sw4stm32 ide ;

It's no solution for the build not working with sw4stm32 ide, but I've found that the same problem occurs with mbed-rtos, and that the Embitz/Em::blocks IDE can build and flash the system.
