Add attach for member functions to CAN including TX empty interrupt

Hello,

i was happy to find the attach function in CAN class for the receive interrupt. But to complete the features there is a posibility missing for a TX-empty interrupt like in the Serial class function attach with the variable type. Is it possible to add this variable also for the CAN attach function?
