[beta] Files in a project are not saved when focus is on a file within a library in that project

If you have a project with a main.cpp, and a lib in that project, and edit both files in the lib and main.cpp if you build when you have a file in the lib open it doesn't save and build main.cpp it builds the pre-saved version.

Hopefully that makes sense :)

I'll see if I can publish a project that exhibits it later, as I've got to go out now.

Oh, I've actually just noticed when I came to close the browser that the save all button's greyed out, even though the main.cpp is edited and so in bold with an asterisk.
