Website - page error for comments, emails notification broken?

I got some errors to report:

- enable/disable beta mode result in the log-out

- comments/answers to questions - page error , lost my text - I have been seeing this seldom lately, and resulted in not answering some questions as some answers took me a while to write and were lost

- email notifications - can't keep track of responses/threads I have answered with some activity afterwards. This was fixed but seems to be inactive again.

Is anybody following this Bugs & Suggestions section

Currently I am getting e-mail for comments, and not anymore for accepted answers (couldn't care less). However I am also not getting mails regarding new pull requests, which is irritating.
