On a standard connection through my ISP, depending on when I refresh the forums, I see:
1 hours, 12 minutes ago
or
1 Stunde, 12 Minuten ago (German?)
or
1 ?, 12 ? (Looked to be Japanese kanji, noticed it earlier, forgot to copy it)
This only seems to occur in the Recent Forum Activity section, not in the forums themselves.
If I slap on a proxy from elsewhere, say Japan, Germany, or Mexico, it does not change anything, still seems to be random languages. (I have them setup since I'm one of 'those people' who flag off crap on craigslist that is in clear violation of rules... a $1000 rehome fee for an animal is not rehoming, its selling...)
