This device cannot start. (Code 10)
Hello, I have made a small USB SERIAL program which echoes what ever is send from the PC side.I am unable to test it.I have loaded the serial.inf file and now the port is showing "Mbed Virtual Serial Post (com4)".My PC platform is WINDOWS7 and I don't have any RS232 port.I am getting an error "This device cannot start. (Code 10)" on the device driver page.Please advice.Link of the program I am using http://mbed.org/handbook/USBSerial Thanks , Ranjith.

Do you have other USB ports on another USB controller? If yes, try them. Are they USB2.0 and 3.0 ports? (Personally the LPC1768 worked fine on USB3.0 ports, but not the KL25, but I see you have the LPC1768).
If you load another program on the mbed using USB connection, does that work? For example: http://mbed.org/users/samux/code/USBMSD_RAM/, which doesn't need any drivers but should just appear as an MSD device.
Trying another USB cable can also help. And uninstall the current driver (should be possible from driver tab) and try the entire thing again.
