Where is a Featured button?

Hello,

I want to check "Featured" to my code. However, I can not find way of check Featured... Anyone know how to add "Featured"?

If you could check it yourself everyone would put his own code on featured, fairly certain it is manually done by mbed staff.

OK. I give up. Previously, I was able to set it myself. (I was able to switch the featured flag.)

However, It was disabled. So i asked question.

I do not know why,　the permission would have been lost.
