Issue: Serial was broken on NUCLEO-L031K6 since revision 161
Whenever I defined a serial object in the program using mbed-lib 161 or later (up to 165) like the following
Serial serial_port(PA_9, PA_10);
the program will stuck.
I suppose it is a bug in the library.
I have tried
Serial pc(PA_9, PA_10); Serial ble(PB_6, PB_7); Serial ble(PA_2, PA_3);
only the (PA_2, PA_3) worked.
