Hexiwear turned out to be unreliable - waste of money

The new Hexiwear I received did not wake up by shaking or pressing a button. Charging it did not help. It would wake up for a few seconds if USB power was applied. After flashing it a few times with some simple LED blink examples, it bricked itself, recovery impossible. This thing is a waste of money and time.

have you contacted NXP about this issue? I would suggest to report it on their community, they should be able to help you.

Hi Martin, all it does on the docking station is popping up a maintenance drive (where you should not drop in any files). I haven't been able to find a solution other than a standard procedure that does not work. I noticed, there are actually many people with the same issue though. Yes, I contacted them, and will update this note. Regards, Jack.
