MBED OS ERROR - Error Status: 0x80FF0144 Code: 324 Module: 255

Good evening

i was hoping someone could over some guidance.

I am receiving the error below regarding to my mbed code

System will be rebooted due to a fatal error

Reboot count(=1) reached maximum, system will halt after rebooting ý

Main problem is I do not know what is causing it. I know that it seems to be pointing me to my flags and threads . I have attached my code in a pdf file if someone would like to take a look.

I have attached 2 files to this question as well pointing at the exact location where the error occurs.

Your help would be greatly appreciated and fell free to ask questions as well.
