How to run the bin file that is downloaded in the downloads of a MacBook Air on the FRDM board?

How to run the bin file that is downloaded in the downloads of a MacBook Air on the FRDM board?While I am copying the downloaded file on the board, the board is not able to recognize the MacBinary Archieve file. Please help!!!

Hi Aman,

Please make sure your FRDM board is updated with the latest firmware, you can download the latest firmware for your board here: https://armmbed.github.io/DAPLink/

Then, when you download a .bin file from the Online Compiler, go into your downloads folder and drag and drop the .bin file onto your board. Once the file is copied successfully, unplug your board from the computer and plug it back in to "reset" your board. Your program should then be running successfully.
