Can't export 'Visual Studio Code (GCC ARM)'

I'm looking the document. https://github.com/ARMmbed/Handbook/blob/5.4/docs/debugging/vscode.md "Under 'Export toolchain', select Visual Studio Code (GCC ARM)."

I can't choice that at Export Toolchain. /media/uploads/matsujirushi/18.png

The actual exporter code doesn't appear until 5.4.5 for mbed-os as per https://github.com/ARMmbed/mbed-os/pull/4278, so it's possible that it won't appear in the online compiler until then either. (I don't know when new features end up in the compiler though)

There is the mbed OS 5.4.6 already BUT the exporter 'Visual Studio Code (GCC ARM)' does not exist still.. ?!
