How can I used the SD-Card Driver and the USBHost MSD Driver simultan ?

Hello, I want to use the sdcard and the usbhost(msd) simultan. I idea, store data on the sd card fast, when it is ready with measurement store the data from sdcard to the usb-Stick. I build some sample programs, but the FATFIleSystem are different. Thanks Bernd

Have you thought about saving the measurements on the QSPI memory of this Discovery board then transfer on the USB Stick ?

QSPI memory size is 128 MBits => 16MBytes

Could it be sufficient for you ? You can find a basic use example here https://developer.mbed.org/teams/ST/code/DISCO-F746NG_QSPI/

Hello, Sorry it is not sufficient for the my datalogger...16MBytes are 262,144 Sec measurement time. I read 5 ad converters(ADS1271) with 3 Bytes = 15 bytes plus one dummy byte with a samplerate of 4000Hz. Do you think that it is possible to store the data in the QSPI memory and to store all of them, e.g. 120 seconds to the USB stick without data loss? Perhaps one can transfer from the QSPI Memory via DMA to the USB port the data, it must however, in my opinion, be faster than I collect the data. I think this is the problem. I can collect the data on the SD-card (32GB) and then the measurement is ready the data was copy to the USB-Stick. That is easy to programm it for me, but the FATFileSystem for the SDCARD System and the FAT FileSystem for the USBMSD is not the same...(e.t. void disk_write(*).) Thank for you solution......Bernd Please write dirctly to my email adress:"bomer@uni-muenster.de" Thanks
