Hello Harsh,
The only BLE module available in mbed is the ST X-NUCLEO IDB05A1 it expose an Arduino connector.
Unfortunately, the EFM32 Pearl Gecko doesn't expose such connector. It should still be possible to use this module if you wire it yourself.
