reagarding mbed os
I found that functions of targets/hal and targets/cmsis are used in upper layers that includes common. But as targets/cmsis is upper layer to targets/hal (the way I think), but I am unable to find any function or anything of targets/hal used in targets/cmsis. Is that true? and as targets/hal is itself complete programming for microcontroller at register level, then isn't it enough to develop target independent apis that are provided to user. Why we are using targets/cmsis then?
