TPM memory access on FRDM-KL25Z?

LDR and STR will "hang up" when I try to load or store in TPM memory 4003_8xxx ???

You mean the (memory mapped) registers. You first need to enable clock to TPM module.

I put 01 into TMPSRC of SIM_SOPT2 , is that where to enable?

I think thats the source of the timer clock. The registers have somewhere else a clock-gating option which needs to be enabled.
