Mbed SDK porting for TI CC2538

Hi

I want to port the mbed SDK on TI CC2538. I have gone through mbed SDK porting guide. http://developer.mbed.org/handbook/mbed-SDK-porting

TI does not provide CMSIS header files instead provide driverlib for cc2538.

Is it possible to port mbed on CC2538 without CMSIS header? Has somebody already tried this?
