want to generate Hex file for ATMEGA8L

I have a code and i want to generate HEX file for ATMEGA8L but i cant find that in keil can any one help me in getting theis or how to generate it

This isn't the best place to ask that question, since mbed is all about ARM processors, and the ATMega8L is not an ARM, it's an AVR. Have you tried on the Keil forums?
