How can I find the compiler functions and sintaxe of commands?

In the online Compiler there is a Help Tab and when you open Help you will find API Documentation and other links.

If you have an activ Project you may also expand the mbed folder and there you may browse the Class descrpitions with all details.

And apologies for the silly question: but where are the cpp files? All I can see in that repository are header and object files. As far as I understand, mbed-src is not the stable release.
