A BLE demo for nRF51822?

As thrilling as watching an LED blink might be, are there any other demos that actually use BLE? I could not seem to find any BLE demonstration code. If not, when?

Have you seen http://mbed.org/teams/Bluetooth-Low-Energy/ Beacon and Thermometer examples ? There is also a nice blog entry describing the the BLE_thermometer http://mbed.org/blog/entry/Bluetooth-LE-example-on-mbed/
