power supply of the lpc11u24
Hi,
Can anyone explain the LPC11U24 power supply arrangements regarding how to use Vin and Vb. I used to supply Vin by 9V battery, and it worked well during the test. But suddenly it stopped working the next day. I have no idea what happened. The battery I used is 8.7V and it should be safe for MCU. The LPC11u24 would not response even if its connected by the USB cable. Once I powered Vb using 3V, the upper left component of the MCU(I believe that's a regulator) would heat up very quickly.
