What version of the firmware do I run?
Is there a way to determine what version of the firmware that I have installed on my board?

So as the newbie I am with mbed I can now answer my own question ;-)
If you open the MBED.HTM file in the url part of the longest line there is a parameter called firmware that states the version of the firmware. At least that's the way it is on my new LPC1768.
