開発用のUSBポートを使ったシリアル通信
下記からUSB-シリアルドライバをダウンロードしてインストール

デバイスマネージャから下記のドライバを探し、その番号でシリアルポートを開く。
mbed Serial Port (COMx)
Windows のシリアルポート設定はデフォルトでは下記の通り。
9600bps, 8bit, 1StopBits, None-Parity
