LoRa sending TSL lux sensor

Dependencies:   TSL2561_I2C libmDot-mbed5

File content as of revision 0:2abdab750246:

This program:
 - connects to a LoRaWAN by ABP/MANUAL
 - reads light data from an TSL2561 abient light sensor
 - sends the recorded data onto the LoRaWAN
 - sets the mDot to sleep
 - repeats these operations in a loop
