Daniel Fulford / Mbed 2 deprecated VL53L0X_Continuous_Ranging_Example

Changes made to single ranging example to allow continuous ranging and a quick set up with the TOF sensor. More modifications to follow and will clean it all up a bit. Also, the vL53L0X_i2c_platform.cpp file was modified to include the correct pins for tx and rx. See for details.
