Make subclasses of GattCharacteristic fixed len

The following subclasses of GattCharacteristic now have fixed length by passing
false as the last parameter to the GattCharacteristic constructore:

* ReadOnlyGattCharacteristic
* WriteOnlyGattCharacteristic
* ReadWriteGattCharacteristic
* WriteOnlyArrayGattCharacteristic
* ReadOnlyArrayGattCharacteristic
* ReadWriteArrayGattCharacteristic
