Layers

NIC      - Hardware, Phy etc
Link     - Raw data
Ethernet - Contains the source and destination MACs and the Ethertype: ARP; IP4; IP6

To use you need to:

call NetInit once with the ipv4 name and the ipv6 name 
call NetMain continuously.
