+The knock detector was a fairly straightforward problem to solve with some 
+degree of accuracy.  We first measured the x, y, and z readings from the 
+accelerometer, waited a fraction of a second, and then measured them again.
+At this point, if there was any difference greater than or equal to 4 in the 
+two x, y or z readings, we determined that there was sufficient change to 
+have detected a knock.  Because we are testing for only the delta of the 
+measurements, the board can be in any initial position and still detect knocks.
