ccache with mbed-cli

Hi guys,

We use ccache a lot to speed up builds, and I'm wondering what the best way is to get that working with mbed-cli? Looking through the documentation, it's not clear to me how to 'sneak' in the ccache call.

We should have a documentation for it but it's not available currently, please refer to this.
