How can i recover a FRDM-K22F?

I now have two FRDM-K22F boards (killed by Windows 10) which won't go to a bootloader when holding the reset button and powering on. What are my options for recovering the boards?

Thanks for the message hopefully i can be of some help.

This seems to be a common problem with Windows 10.
