Can you tell us what board you are using. If you click on the board icon in the top right hand side of the compiler you should get the board pin map, which will tell you where the pins are located. If the LEDs are located on the board then you don't need to know where the pins are.

My board is EZSBC2 from "http://www.ezsbc.com/index.php/featured-products-list-home-page/ezsbc2.html#.VVykffntmko" and it is based on 72MHz LPC1347 Cortex M3 CPU from NXP, the chematic of the board is here: "http://www.ezsbc.com/index.php/productattachments/index/download?id=14" and because this board has different pin map on DIP40 i am using the P1_15 cheme here...
