Nucleo F429ZI Not Found on MBED
The platform page for the Nucleo F429ZI device (https://developer.mbed.org/platforms/ST-Nucleo-F429ZI/) is missing and currently reports an "Access Denied" message.

This device is not yet supported. You can see all the currently supported ST boards here: https://developer.mbed.org/platforms/?tvend=10
As shown, the DISCO-F429ZI is supported but not the NUCLEO-F429ZI.
