Lost my project

I did an update from and it seems to have deleted all my files. i have saved all multiple time and have done a lot of work. Where would my files and work have gone in your web IDE

Were your files within the folder of the library you updated from? If so it will remove them since they aren't in the new version of the project. But in that situation it should have first warned you that you would lose any changes.

If the files were in a different folder then something clearly went very wrong. You can email support@mbed.org and see if they can recover anything but in the past when things have been lost due to glitches there isn't normally much they can do unless the project has been checked in to the version control system via the commit button.
