Help for problem in file. I want the program for a 1768 ARMmbed. The translating for the timers.

So create an mbed project, import the code, read the documentation for the mbed tickers and timers and ask when you get stuck. Your post reads is as if you expect someone to read that PDF, and do all the work for you and then hand you the result. Why would anyone spend their time doing that when there is no indication that you've even considered trying to do the work yourself?
