You can find boards supported in the mbed SDK (not all of them ara available in the onlien IDE at the moment): https://github.com/mbedmicro/mbed

I dont recall any F205 board there. Currently, in the online IDE only nucleos boards are supported. In the mbed SDK, you can find implementation for some of discovery boards.

Do you mean the following directory for STM? https://github.com/mbedmicro/mbed/tree/master/libraries/mbed/targets/hal/TARGET_STM
