firmware update doesn't work
I did everything as explained above. It created a large .htm file on my mbed. But that's it. No upgrade at all. Is this link correct or am I missing something?
the mbed.htm is a short file (341 bytes on my 1768). If you delete everything, the next power-cycle will create a new mbed.htm Open this file with a text editor and you find mysterious numbers . The end is "firmware=141212&configuration=4" . You recognise the firmware version, 141212 is the latest version .
posted by Robert Spilleboudt 05 Dec 2014Thank you for the reply, but when I follow the link I get a file called mbedmicrontroller_141212.htm of 130 KB. I left this file on the mbed and removed all others. Remove the power and connect it again; result: the mbedmicrontroller_141212.htm file is still there and the old MBED.HTM re-appears. The version of this MBED.HTM is 16457&configuration=4. What am I doing wrong?
