unable to flash Freedom K64 using the mbed enviornment

04 Apr 2016

I am trying to upload some code to my Freedom k64 using the mbed ecosystem. Any time I copy a binary to the mbed disk it ejects and when it comes back there is nothing there. I have tried both my firmware as well as the helloworld example with the same results. I have also updated the firmware on the k20 to what appears to be the latest version (0226). Does the k64 need any special code as well? I wiped that clean eons ago with my JLink.

The openSDA isn't something I would ever really use but I need to send this to a coworker and he may need firmware updates in the field.

Ryan, this is a normal behavior for FRDM boards. Just hit the reset button after flashing and your program will start running.
