Modified Library to support LPC11UXX Devices

Thanks a lot for the library! I modified the LPC11U24 device file to make it more generic. I was able to compile for LPC11U37 but I couldn't verify that it was really entering sleep mode. Hope I didn't break anything :)

Pulled your changes. Since accepting pull requests hasn't worked for months now I had to do import it manually from your changes (still links to your username for the commit ;) ), and will close this one.
